WooCommerce: Only Allow A Single Top-Level Category of Items in the Cart

This code was out of date and doesn’t work as displayed with the latest versions of WooCommerce or WordPress.

  Sorry to disappoint on this one. Newer versions of WooCommerce required some significant revamping to that code snippet and I haven’t had a chance to update it since it fell out of date a few years ago.
